About Us

My goal with this business is to help people build a mutually positive and productive relationship with their dogs through the use of clear communication and consistent expectations.

My name is Noah Baskin, and I started Noah Baskin Dog Training after more than six years working at Colorado Animal Rescue (CARE) in Glenwood Springs Colorado. The last four of those years at CARE were in the role of “Canine Behavior Manager,” where I managed the care, training, and adoption of thousands of dogs over my tenure.

I’m a “clicker trainer,” and don’t utilize force or pain in my training protocols. My general training philosophy is to teach dogs how to get what they want by doing what we want. By utilizing clear communication and consistent expectations, I find most dogs are eager to behave in a way that makes their human happy.
